Cancellations And Refunds

If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay the cancelation fee.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $40 cancelation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.

Is There A Rescheduling Fee?

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking.

Is Tipping Normal? If So How Much?

Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Detailing Specialist.

What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Detail?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment. Your satisfaction is our priority. Our commitment to excellence means that we will work tirelessly to address any concerns and ensure your experience with us exceeds your expectations.

Are Your Prices Negoitable?

Simply put – No. Our prices are standard for the industry and in order to provide the premium service that we do and pay the best detailers, we must charge our current prices.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept cash, check and all major credit & debit card holders.

What Are Your Hours Of Operation?

Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm
We can occasionally accommodate weekend appointments.
